Grilled Zucchini is perfect served up in any salad. Zucchini creates this sort of tangy, smooth taste that goes really well with lots of different vegetables. It’s extremely versatile.
This salad incorporates like an entire garden full of goodness. Seriously, it’s amazing AND healthy. You’ve got corn, zucchini of course, peas, onions, carrots, tomatoes….the list goes on.
The two things that make this salad completely shine when added at the end? Some gluten-free blue cheese and an out of this world ginger dressing. Trust me. You’ll love this recipe and I can’t wait to hear if you make it this Spring!
With strawberries coming in season, this salad incorporates a fantastic dressing that has ‘Spring’ written all over it! It starts off with fresh arugula and strips of red cabbage, then a bunch of cherry tomatoes and dried cranberries are dropped in.
To top it off, an insanely amount of goat cheese and homemade strawberry dressing seal the deal. This salad has been known to be addictive. Beware. It’s crazy good.
I call this a chicken salad because that’s what it is. A warm, incredible chicken salad! Ok, this is one of my FAVORITE RECIPES on the blog. It will be yours too!
This gluten-free salad is served warm. The poultry chunks are cooked on a skillet with lots of ingredients like garlic, honey, mustard, and even balsamic. The chicken is topped with chopped walnuts and poured hot over a bed of romaine lettuce.
This salad is OUTSTANDING. There’s just no other way to say it. You can serve this any day of the year, but Spring is especially delightful on a cool crisp night.
If you are into sweet salads bursting with summer flavors, then this salad is for you! Pomegranate seeds shine in this recipe, along with apple chunks and goat cheese.
What makes this salad so great is the kale. Baby kale has an earthy taste which blends perfectly with the sweetness inside fruit. Avocado and walnuts are added, then pomegranate juice and balsamic is drizzled over the top.
There. Are. No. Words. Pure goodness.
The title says it all! This is an easy kale salad that’s healthy, gluten-free, and comes with a killer ginger dressing. It’s one of the best salads I’ve ever had.
I use curly kale in it because of the texture it brings. Ginger dressing goes VERY well with lettuce that has more of a rough, thick texture. So, curly kale is a great choice for this salad.
Carrots are chopped up and Parmigiano-Reggiano is ground and sprinkled all over. Top it with basil leaves and peas, and you’ve got yourself a Spring beauty to bite into!
